EASTER RIBBONS Easter is a time of joy and thanksgiving, so we’d like to invite you to write messages reflecting the things you’re grateful for: from the beauty of the natural world, to the support of friends and neighbours during difficult times, and of course the great gift of Easter itself.
Following the success of our Christmas ribbon project, when our church railings carried greetings from our members to the congregation and the wider community, we’ve decided to repeat it at Easter – with ribbons of suitably Spring-like colours, of course!
Please send your messages by email or phone, and we’ll transcribe them on to ribbons for you and attach them to the church railings in celebration on Easter Sunday morning. Short phrases - ten words or so - would be ideal, but you can have as many ribbons as you want!
Either email your message to Kate O’Brien,
We look forward to hearing from you! The Christian Aid Team
